A mixture of glyceryl trioleate (GTO) and glyceryl triglyceride (GTE). Indicated for pediatric and adult patients with adrenoleukodystrophy (ALD) and adrenomyeloneuropathy type (AMN). Usually taken with a low-fat diet that restricts certain long-chain fatty acids (C26:0) and may be taken alone or mixed with certain permitted foods.
